Lando Juarez

Lando Juarez is the Head of Legal for Uber’s Autonomous Mobility & Delivery business and a member of its AV Leadership Team, where he is building the cross-industry partnerships, regulatory pathways and operational capabilities necessary to deploy and commercialize AVs at scale on the Uber platform.

His scope also includes Uber's automotive partnerships and fleet infrastructure supporting AV growth, as well its its eVTOL and urban air transit business. He has previously led legal teams for several of Uber's biggest growth bets, from scaling its global Fleets business and electrification efforts to creating its Grocery and Retail delivery businesses through acquisition and organic growth. All while remaining true to his AV core. He joined Uber in 2019 to lead the legal team at Uber ATG.

Prior to his time at Uber, Lando was a legal executive at General Motors for Global Product Development at a critical time for the company's EV and AV efforts, and spent 10 years in practice in New York with law firm WilmerHale and a private equity advisory firm.
